ByteStreamEvent	A byte stream event, which notifies a listener about inbound byte stream requests.
ByteStreamManager	An abstract class to manage both XEP-0047: In-Band Bytestreams or XEP-0065: SOCKS5 Bytestreams.
ByteStreamSession	An abstract byte stream session, which either represents a XEP-0047: In-Band Bytestreams or XEP-0065: SOCKS5 Bytestreams session.
